Does anyone send their welcome kit in a CD? I'm getting more and more into streamlining & electronic storage, and I have been considering switching to putting everything on CD and sending a copy to the client that way.

As "thank you" gifts, I just placed an order for mousepads with my company logo and contact information on them. I'm thinking about ordering some sport style water bottles with my logo on them as client gifts, too. I'll decide on that after I see the sample that's supposed to be coming to me next week.

Dana I like your style. If you burn the CD or DVD and then print your own labels Voilia! Impressive welcome kit!!

Dana,
Where are you ordering your promotional items from? I'm always looking for good suggestions when it comes to vendors.

Thanks!

Dana and all,

I send my Welcome Packet via email. It includes a variety of documents - Policies and Procedures, 10 Things (this is a checklist I send clients when I schedule a consultation), client profile and other documents.

I have not sent a gift, but am thinking I may start to go that route.
