The welcome kits may be opened by front-line staff and not just a solopreneur. You could include a token of your appreciation and let them know that they can also take advantage of your services.

What a great idea. I would include making sure that that token of appreciation to the staff is something that they will value. For example, if they don't drink coffee, then a gift card to Starbuck and the like will not be seen in a positive light. Take the time to find out and customize the gift to the individual. You will definitely be head of the competition and will show your innovation and creativity.

That is very interesting. I usually do my Client Intake form, Specialist Request Form
Clients Preferred Software and Program Questionnaire before I recommend a solution for the client and sign a contract with them. Do you give your Welcome Kit to prospective clients? I give mine to new clients.

There are so many threads here that I don't have time to read them all, but wanted to at least tell everyone what GREAT ideas and suggestions you all have in your welcome kits!

Most of the ideas I have done for years now, but a few I need to consider adding! Love the idea of a GC...I've always done a nice note card as a thank you. I can see the GC being a much better idea along with the note card.

Thanks!

Leona

It is always good to send a personalized Thank You card to them as well or a Welcome Greeting Card. Maybe include a picture of yourself of something that you would like to share with them.
