Great set of questions, I always ask if they've worked with a VA previously and if so why are they looking for a new VA. This helps if they had a bad experience or if the client seems to be difficult. You can probably get a sense if you ask the right questions.

Some great suggestions, thank you. One of my strengths is speaking to people like I already know them so conversation is usually easy for me. I spoke to my first potential client the other day. Since she was a referral, I was able to check her website and get some personal info on her.
She did ask me at the end if I had any other questions and I had wished I had something fabulous to ask. We spoke for a little while, so it was positive, but this will be helpful in the future!

I LOVE this! Thank you for the list of questions and insights. I think I over problem solve and it becomes a much larger deal then it needs to be. I think this will help me relax and hopefully not sound like I'm interrogating them!
