or template.

I will be posting it on a blog where I accept my clients payments from and ideally it will include the fact that payment is for services rendered and thus non-refundable.

Anything like this?

Many google searches came back empty.

Thanks ladies!

Hi Bailey!! I tried to reply to this about 1 minute after you posted it but web kicked me off & I just moved onto doing something else and napping -- suprised someone has not told you -- there are a lot of forms and contracts here at VAF - I am sure you can find one and then tweek it for your individual purposes.

wow - that latest twitter - watch language of anything that automatically gets sent to various sites as it can damage the professional image you want to project

It is under FORUM FEATURES -- DOWNLOAD FREE CONTRACTS AND FORMS

read my twitter a little more, you'll see my potty mouth isn't much noticed b/c my clients now, were my colleagues first. they know me

I didn't see one for a websites TOS or privacy policy though?

Hi Bailey,

Doing a search I found Legal River to generate one for you. Their 'Terms of Service Sections' cover General Terms, Sales, and Blog TOS.

They also have a Privacy Policy Generator.

I haven't used either of these, but found the site interesting and hopefully helpful to get you started.

Also found this one:Business Link.gov. They also have a list of links on the left for other sample Internet policies and notices.

Here's a link to my Google search if neither of these fit the bill for you.

HTH a bit,

wow. i appreciate your helping me out!

Hi Bailey,

A quick VAF search under 'privacy policy' brings up some more options that might be of help here and I have also come across freenetlaw.com which has templates for website disclaimers, privacy statements, copyright notices as well as a number of others. You can see them here.

HTH!
