I would think a contract would be needed, to protect both sides. I have been a contractor for a long time and would not take a single step without one!

Thanks so much for sharing, Julie! I am nervous about this aspect, too. I want to be well protected, but I don't want to have a lot of paperwork for my clients to read, you know?
