Hi Tess,

I clicked on several free links including "Forms and Checklists" and nothing. Anyone else get the same results or is there possibly something wrong with my browser?

I checked it out, the links worked but it stated it was 9.99 to download.

I found this site for legal forms. Not free but not expensive either.

I went to my local library and checked out several books on Small Business Legal Forms. You can go to your library's website and search for available books to make sure they are not checked out.

My library even borrows books from other libraries within their system if they do not have the book at their location. It only takes about 2 days for them to receive it and they call once the book is in.

I never even thought about the library, good idea.

It's great to be able to gather legal forms from these sources, it's best if possible to pay an attorney to create a form to protect your business. It's the same speech we preach about not paying for services from a professional. If we don't invest the money on a good attorney now for our forms we will be forced to pay for them in the future.

Just my opinion. I know money is short and usually non-existant, however this is a true business that you HAVE to invest into.
