Exclamation Company Policy & Procedures
I am looking for some direction on creating a company policy and procedure manual. Any idea on where I can go for help or instruction on how to develop this?

Check out Yvonne Weld's Ultimate Guide to Creating a Thriving Business. It's one of the most thorough guides I've ever come across.

I was thinking that I need to create a step by step procedure guide for myself to follow with each client so that I can make sure that my prospect to client transition is uniformed.

This is a very good thread. I would Google sole policy & procedure manuals for VA's, staffing agencies and companies in your niche. That's what I'm doing currently.
