Re: Customer Welcome Packet
The idea of a welcome packet is nice. Since I'll be heading Customer Relations, I think I have to go and make this for our company.
Thanks peeps for the wonderful idea.

Re: Customer Welcome Packet
Great thread. Although I do have a welcome kit, I'm realizing it is incomplete. I'll have to update it soon.

Re: Customer Welcome Packet
I am extremely new to the VA world--actually, had not really considered it until I ran across a business development website--and I think Ill do it. My niche will be debt collections. However, I love the idea of a welcome packet. Everyone concentrates on brochures and business cards. But, this is great.

Re: Customer Welcome Packet
I put together a package but am not sure when to give it out. When I make a presentation, I have a tri-fold leave behind that I give out which incorporates my business card as well. Should I hand out this customer welcome packet as well or should I wait until they have expressed interest in using my service?
Thank you,
Tina Longo

Re: Customer Welcome Packet
Tina,
I'm still setting up my business and haven't started any of this yet, but it seems like the Welcome Packet would be when you actually "enrolled" a new client.

Re: Customer Welcome Packet
It sounds like these programs are pretty expensive. Does Google provide any storage or sharing of files? They seem to offer quite a bit of freebies.
