[Problem] Not getting VAF emails? Here's how to fix that...

I updated my address book and junk settings. Everything is all set now

I get my emails through my domain mail system (godaddy is my host) - you're in my address book and 'filtered' to a VAF sub-folder. Do I need to do anything else?

That should do it - if you find we're still landing in your junk folder or not being rec'd at all you can always get in touch with GoDaddy or your ISP to let them know [it would mean VAF had been blocked at one level or the other] but that's totally up to you.

We send a LOT of email and many of the smaller ISPs will block us every few months.

Just bumping this as we've heard from a few active members that they stopped receiving their subscription emails - please check your safe senders list to ensure VAF is on there. Also scan your junk mail folder from time to time for any emails that have accidentally landed there.
