Does anyone know of a sample VA business plan that is already filled out. I find it easier to look at a business plan that is completed in the industry so I can have a feel on how to alter it to work towards my needs and my internet searches just keep coming with softwares to buy. Thanks!

This one is pricey... it's $27, but I've bought quite a few forms from Danielle and they've all been great. The last one I bought was a retainer contract, which is so inclusive it made my head spin!

I also referenced the one that Sylvia mentioned and it was great. but i found the financial section to be a bit confusing. Someone recommened the book "Financial Statements" by Thomas R. Ittelson, i just purchased it and it's supposed to be a real easy read.

Have you looked at SBA small business planner section or SCORE template gallery and their general information site.

There is a ton of free information on both sites for small business owners, new and old.

When I was first looking for a retainer contract, I found one online for free...turns out, it's apparently the one that Danielle sells. My friend was a little upset b/c she had paid for it. Sometimes a good Google search may turn up some quality free items.
