I love this site!!! With all the info, documents, and support it's impossible to fail! I'm new to the forum so I had no idea that virtual assistants were such a tight knit group. I feel like I'm with Mary Kay again...everybody is so helpful.

Even better than MK because you don't have to put on your make-up, or do your hair, or even put actual clothes on for that matter! :lips2: We like natural faces, ponytails, lounge wear and slippers just fine! Let's hear it for the V-I-R-T-U-A-L world!

I have a question about this agreement. Do I need to include a late fee section if there is a "pay in advance" part? If they pay ahead there would not be a need for late fees right? Is it good to have this in just in case?

Any additions or edits you make should be based on your own company policies. If you expect to take payments after-the-fact under any circumstance in the future, it would seem a crucial bit of info and including it now saves you the trouble of backtracking should your invoicing or payment policies change.

Perhaps it's good to have in the event that they get billed for hours that are over their retainer agreement?

hellooo...

I have a question (thanks for the agreement form by the way, It's perfect and covers everything without having a TON of forms). Do you think that something should be added to the Confidentiality agreement about the Client agreeing not to disclose any of your information? For instance, you may have worked out a really good deal for a client (hopefully for a very good reason) that you may not want to pass on to other people. I can't think of what else you, as the consultant, may need to protect but it might not hurt.
