Virtual Assistant Forums

Did you know our Virtual Assistant Industry Directory has a section devoted entirely to VA blogs?
If you run a blog on your Virtual Assistance business site and have been making posts for 3 months or more, submit your blog for a listing here.

If I just want to list the site but I am new, do I have to wait 6 months?

Yourb blog must have been active 6 months to be accepted....

Tess,
Has the submission form been deleted since the addition of blogs to VAF?

I do not see a submission link other then the one at the top which directs me to the submission form for the VAF directory.

Thanks,
Dawn
p.s. great idea on adding the blog feature!

Hi Dawn,
Sorry if it's confusing! It's all the same form - use the drop down menu in the form to select the 'blogs' category and then the subcategory for your blog

Ahhh, I got it. Thank you Tess.

Hi Tess, I am confused about the 6 month waiting period for the blog. Can you explain?

After creating and managing a blog directory for a client we realized that accepting every blog right out of the gate was a mistake - once a blog has established itself it can then be included. Otherwise we end up with tons of start-and-stop blogs left abandoned. Especially in this industry where people come charging in with tons of energy and then drop the ball

I AM going to update that to three months, rather than six though....
And will do so today!

I like the three month waiting period and since regular blogging is on my 2009 to do list I may actually be able to post early 2009. In the meantime I will remember to check out that area.
