It is so important that you know how to answer the phone professionally.

I've been learning website building with them, and multiple other sites on the net. Its gotten to the point where you don't need to take a course in it anymore because there are so many sites on the net to teach you what you need to know.

w3schools.com is great. Don't limit yourself to them though. If you don't know how to do something, google it. Someone somewhere will have something to teach you how to do it. Just last night, I learned how to create a lightbox with a print function using a hotspot on the home page from youtube.
