Customized Invoices

If you use Quickbooks for your business bookkeeping do you use a customized invoice (created and branded for your company) or do you use one of QuickBooks standard invoice?

I used QuickBooks standard invoice and added my logo to it.

Once my logo is done this is most likely what I will do as well.

I use Kashflow and have a customized invoice within that system.

I customized my invoices in Excel, I kick it DIY like that. Anyone else?

Hi Lanel, I use one of the QuickBooks template and just added my logo. One of the great things about QB is that you can customize templates to make them look how you want.

I use Quickbooks now and customized my invoice to include my logo and used a light blue color for column headings.

i'm working in quickbooks and my logo keeps showing up squished.. it is a typographical logo for now (rebranding has been pushed to 2010). But I need it to not squish it.. haven't put alot of time into figuring it out yet since I send most invoices through paypal for now anyway.

I now use the QB invoice and customize it. I found this saves a lot of time I do not have to juggle information any more it is all in one place.
