Any active member of Virtual Assistant Forums is eligible to be featured in our Virtual Assistant Interviews series - new VAs, established VAs, even VAs we've interviewed previously (send us an update!). If you'd like to share your startup story, your secrets to success, and help your fellow VAs on their journey all while highlighting your own virtual assistant business
simply follow the instructions below to be considered.
Copy/Paste the interview template below into an email.
Draft your answers and when you're ready, send your complete responses
along with the following:
REQUIRED:- a clear, quality picture or headshot
COLOR only - at least 200 x 200
- a link to your Virtual Assistant Forums profile
- your bio / company info
four to five+ sentences describing you, your company, your services, your unique selling point, what makes you an awesome VA, etc.
- your company URL
you MUST have a business website to be considered.
OPTIONAL:
Provide FULL links (including
http://) to the following. Note that all may not be published with your interview.

- Newsletter?
- Have you authored any books, ebooks, etc?

Incomplete submissions will not be considered and will not be notified so please be sure you've followed the instructions prior to sending.
If your interview is selected you'll be contacted with an approximate publication date and notified again when your interview goes live.
We will be publishing two interviews per month.
The more information you provide, the more thoughtful and creative your responses, etc. the more likely your interview is to be selected.
There is no deadline - you can submit your interview at any time.

- What’s your advice for aspiring VAs?
- What’s the biggest mistake you’ve ever made in your business and how did you fix it?
- How many BILLABLE hours a week do you work? What is your schedule like?
- How many NON-BILLABLE hours a week do you work? What do you spend that time on?
- What question do you get asked most often about your business and how do you answer?
- Looking ahead, what’s your five year plan?
- Is there anything else we didn't ask that you'd like to provide an answer to?
