Winston,
Great interview and what a job you are doing! Had to giggle about the bit about female-dominated industry. It´s something I, and perhaps other women, can relate to.

I am genuinely impressed by your working hours! Wow.

Thank you for sharing this with us. It´s great to hear your story.

Winston you are an inspiration to all the other men considering this industry. This was a really great interview to read. It is so refreshing to see a male in a female dominated industry doing well and proud of it.

Keep it up.

Thank you all for your kind words. I've been a business-minded person for as long as I can remember, and I feel that if life isn't challenging, I'm not learning anything. I feel fortunate to learn things from other people, and I'm glad that I may share something that could help someone else.

Thank you Mary! With the sponsorships and marketing that I have set up for this year, I'm hoping for a big expansion. Ideally, that will allow me out of the corporate world. As stressful as it is, however, having that income is really affording me the ability to invest more into my company. I have set a goal to be free-flying with my own company within a year's time, but of course that all depends on economical stability, etc. I'm beginning to dig into my research and get my ducks in a row.

Nice interview! Before I ended up here, I wondered if any guys were really doing the VA thing, and if they could succeed. It was nice to read your experiences, especially in regards to starting out.

It was definitely an experience, lol. Starting any kind of business is no easy task, especially when you're on the low end of the totem pole. Its really exciting to see more and more men coming into this industry, though we're still outnumbered, LOL. That's why I started the group for male VAs here at VAF, Men of the Virtual Assistant Industry.

Great interview and very inspiring for a newbie! Love the description of the SRV print. Where did you find it, if I may ask?

Thanks so much!

Actually it was a gift... I'm not exactly sure where it came from. All I know is that it was expensive, LOL! My friend made sure to tell me that much, HAHA!

You must have great friends! I'll have to do a little research and see if I can find it. My son is a huge SRV fan.
