Hello Janine...like you I depend on a thick Thesaurus by my side instead of having to click at the Roget's online. Some of the things you have shared sounded familiar while the rest of your interview allowed me to look my VA enterprise over.

"Start-up was slow and often agonizing"... this is where I am now. I have about 300 pages of word docs with thoughts, plans, ideas, and I have to "just get er done".

Great interview, Janine. Not enough to take the edge of my desire to become a VA, but enough food for thought that I really will have to work on this and change myself (I can already see it being for the better) to get the results I want.

Awesome! And your answer for working on a trial-basis is just perfect. Initially when we start working with clients, this is the first thing a client would ask for. In the fear of loosing a client, we might accept the free trial-basis work. But your answer gave me the best explanation to handle these trial basis clients.
