The questions were insightful and the answers were informative. I'm so glad to see how successful a VA can become. Sharon you are truly an inspiration for us all. I really had no idea how big this industry was when I decided to do this. I've only found two others in Maine so far, and one of them seems to be gearing her business towards more personal assistance for families rather then businesses which is the avenue I'm traveling. I'm looking forward to reading more interviews in these forums. Marie

I can't wait to see what some of the Core Competencies are for a VA. When I was a manager in the corporate world, we had a list of "Core Competencies" that we were rated against. It did wonders for giving you personal work goals to aim for (especially when there was usually a hefty bonus at the end...lol). I guess coming from the corporate background, I still crave measurables...lol You have truly amazed me with what you've accomplished in your business. It just goes to show that we can make whatever we want out of our creations. The sky's the limit! __________________ Stephanie New VA in the research phase
