Congratulations on your continued success. The point regarding boundaries and organization really stuck with me because I am a trademark workaholic. It's been less of an issue since I started my business but I do have relapses occasionally Setting boundaries definitely help as well as having task lists and daily check lists.

Sally seems to have a very positive, yet realistic concept of the life, and self-induced expectations of a VA.
