Hello there,

I have looked in the VAF document library and I see a lot of great contracts but I did not see one for subcontracting. Has anyone used any of the contracts in the VAF library and tweeked it to be used as subcontracting agreement? Or does anyone know where I can get a template for a subcontracting agreement?

I sign a non-disclosure statement and create a normal contract with the details on the subcontracting agreement. Tonight I could take a look and up load it.
