Hello! I just started my VA business and for the longest time I also struggle with what forms and contracts I needed! I am glad to hear I follow the correct route. I have my agreement and my website. I don't have a Client questionnaire so I will be working on that. I also did a template for an Invoice.

Hello all...just starting my business as well. I agree with Stacy about not having to start from scratch or re-create the wheel, so I'm trying to keep this thread alive until someone is able to point us in the right direction to find "examples". Thanks for all the great info!!
