Hello all, I purchased my VA Ebook, by the way I found it to be a wonderful & very informative tool source! Here's the thing, I'm looking over the sample contracts that it provides. I must say, that I find them VERY confusing. I have absolutely no idea what most of them mean, therefore, how can I expect for a client to sign them?? So, with that said, prior to me ordering my VA Ebook, I had already did research online for VA contracts, so I sort of tweaked them and added some information (I totally understand) from the VA Ebook.

If and when any of you experienced VA's have time, Im wondering if you would be willing to take a peak at them, make suggestions (straight forward) and let me know if they are "OK" , professional and that I've covered what needs to be covered.

For this type of query I would recommend you have somebody versed in local law to make sure the document serves its purpose in your area as laws can vary so much from one state/ country to another.

I agree in having a law professional review the contract - I took mine over to the local SCORE office and had help there finding someone to look them over and an attorney for pennies on the dollar to review it.

You should sit down with a legal professional so that they can explain to you what you do not understand. msloehn mentioned SCORE and they are an excellent program that has mentors that can help you in this area. You may also want to check colleges in your area to see if they have any law student programs who can help you with this too.
