I switched time tracking to My Hours a few weeks ago and today is the first time I've had problems with the service. I'm getting a "page cannot be found" message.
Is there anyone out there that has been using it for awhile that can tell me if this is an ongoing problem?
Oh okay.. good.. I thought it was just me and my computer. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly. I have important information stored there - especially with the end of the month coming.
This happened occasionally when I used it. I don't use it any longer. It probably won't be down for long. I'd suggest occasionally exporting your data, especially when it's getting close to the end of the month.

I'm using a program that my husband wrote for me. It's web-based like My Hours, but better and also produces my invoices for me. We just went live with it at the end of June. We are finding things that have to be fixed and once it has been converted to PHP we may consider hosting it somewhere and setting it up as a subscription service, but that's probably a ways into the future.

Nice I wish I had a programming inclined husband! You'll have to keep us updated if you launch your program- I'm sure you'll have lots of testers here!

Yes, I think there would be a lot of interest for this; I Google'd like crazy and could not find anything affordable that did what I wanted, so in a moment of frustration, I said "can you help me?" and of course he could I love that guy!
I've used MyHours for years and love it. It is extremely frustrating when it goes down. One thing I try (key word there is try) to remember to do is e-mail my reports to myself on a regular basis. Of course, that doesn't always happen. But, if you're using it it really is a good idea to do that.
