I have a client who uses SOC and it seems like every time I do a project for her in it, something doesn't work. Her SOC rep said that none of her other clients have problems with it. I was wondering if anyone has had any trouble with SOC. I did one campaign for her where the name of the campaign ended up on the address line, but only for some of the envelopes, not all. Even though my XL file was correct when I converted it to a text file. Then I tried to upload a new group and some of them ended up in the unassigned groups file, while some didn't load at all. Even the rep couldn't figure out why that happened. Just wondering what other people's experiences have been with SOC.

There was another post about this a while back. My experience with them involved them sending duplicate cards to an entire list 2 months in a row. Even after the support person had helped me "fix" it after the first time it happened. Sadly we have not found any better company yet. Cardstore.com is listed on the USPS web site. As I did not set up the SOC account for my client, I'm not sure what she is paying per card, so I'm not sure how the two compare pricewise.

VAF Community:
