I was turned on to this when my daughter started college and she used it religiously to keep her "notebooks". It is so great having things in one folder, especially emails and file links for my clients. I am even going to start using for personal stuff too! __________________ Lee Drozak - My Office Assistant Your Virtual Business Office, now offering Virtual Event Services

The tutorial at the Microsoft website explains the software pretty well and they have all kinds of notebook templates to choose from. Since I'm relocating, I've been using the "Residential move" planner. Leilani

It is any easy way to keep track of all that important email correspondence, tag it and rename it for easy reference. This has come in handy for one client who constantly asks for the original reference of items since they do not seem to keep any of these emails. __________________ Lee Drozak - My Office Assistant Your Virtual Business Office, now offering Virtual Event Services
