My assistants have been using MyHours to track their time and then to send me their 'invoice' report via email. So, they have individual accounts and I have a Company account. It is not very straight forward on 'connecting' and setting up the company and individual linking. I think I've done it right; at least it has been working so far. I followed the instructions, but I think they can be improved. I have not used MyHours to send out invoices to clients; I have another system for that.

I am on a very tight budget - what is the least expensive but reliable hour tracker software? Also, I plan on using Microsoft Office Outlook to gather my client info - is that one to use?
