Look at LogMeIn.com and particularly at the LogMeIn Pro product.
Also sugarsync.com is another up and coming one.

Cheers

I like both LogMeIn and GoToMyPC. Keep in mind that what the client is comfortable with will be the program of choice in the end.

Great recommendations Ladies. Now, does the client have to purchase these programs and do they have to download the software to their computers or is it something I can control via the web?

Thanks.

I like LogMeIn. Yes the client would have to download the program to the computer you would be accessing. They have both free and pro options. From your end you access their computer from the web.

I use LogMeIn as well. I like that the client can switch LogMeIn off when I'm not using it which makes them feel comfortable that their computer is secure.

Mesh.com is another free option, but LogMeIn.com is good as well.

I was JUST going to ask this very same question, but here it is with the answers I needed! Wow this forum is great!!

Question for the LogMeIn users...is the Free version sufficient? And, when I'm accessing a client's computer with LogMeIn can they still be using their computer?

Thanks so much!
