I am Mac-based and was wondering if anyone has suggestions for a "must-have" app to help stay organized or make you more productive or anything else VA related?

Awesome! I too am a MAC user and love using my iPad for business. I use the following apps on a daily basis:

Things
Webex
Dropbox
Dragon Dictation

There are so many more apps available. I started using a Google apps account about 6 months ago so a few of my everyday applications within that system worked better so I switched but previous to that I used MAC exclusively.

I use the following:

Dropbox
Asana
Flipboard

I would love to add additional apps that will be beneficial to business. I'm curious if any of the newer VA's on the forum could chime in on this thread.

Skype
Evernote
Microsoft Office
Logmein
Teamwork PM
Freshbooks

to name a view :-)

I just downloaded Flipboard but I use Evernote, Dropbox, Microsoft Office. There are so many others too.
