If you're not sure what Google+ is or why you should be using it for your small business - read this article "Google+ and Your Small Business"

What are your thoughts on Google+ so far? Is it just one more profile to create and network to manage or do you see the potential benefits to your business?

I am on Google +, I'm quite impressed with it so far. Some of the features are rather impressive. In particular, I like how you can choose who you share your status updates with (as apposed to on Facebook where you choose who you don't want to share with, having to manually take individuals off)

Thanks for the article link! I haven't read much on Google+ yet at all.

I did sign up and created a couple of 'circles' and added a bunch of people but haven't done too much beyond that yet. Looks promising and I LIKE the idea of a social site that's not Facebook since I only really use the main area of facebook for fun and then have a business fan page.

Anyway, hoping for the best with Google+!

I'm loving G+ so far. The format is so pleasant and easy. I really think it's going to be HUGE.

Apparently business pages are coming over the next few months... I'm on G+ at the moment, looks good but will wait and see how it all pans out. From what I've seen of the business pages, they are pretty much the same kind of layout as Facebook. Will be interesting to see how they're different and what new (if any) features they have.

I'm on Google+, but with my personal gmail account because my business e-mail is run through Google Apps. I was a bit disappointed at that and hope that when they pull Apps accounts in that they give us the choice to associate them with pre-existing Google+ accounts.
I like the interface and the circles feature that allows you to target your messages. It's still way to early to know if it's going to be the 'next big thing' but I think it's worth familiarizing myself with as it could be something that clients will want help with.

I am on Google+ and I like it a lot. So far I am just using it for personal things, but most people who I know really like what it has to offer. I love the Circles, but my absolute favorite features are

1) That you can export your data anytime with a simple download, and you can also delete your data from their servers at any time. That is something that Facebook does not permit.

2) Free group video chat ("Hangouts") which will be really useful for collaborating.

I'm interested to see what they do about business accounts - right now they're soliciting signups from interested companies, but they don't seem to have a solution fully developed, yet, and I think they're going to roll it out slowly. One of the big benefits people mention about G+ right now is how uncluttered it is, and bringing businesses in could disrupt that if it's not done right.

But I think that Google has finally come up with a serious competitor to Facebook!

Can you on sign up via invitation? Will business be able to sign up without invitiations?

I am using G+ and since there's no integrated app for iOS, Blackberry or Android yet (only mobile web version), I am still feeling not very comfortable with it.

Created some circles, post status for one or two then ---- log out.
Perhaps they will add some more features later on as they are still beta.

I started using Google + this past week so I'm still in the learning stage(s). The one thing I like about Google + is the option to choose who you want to share your status with.

Later this week my goal is to sit down for a few hours and really check it out.

I'm happy to send an invite to anyone who wants one! Just send me a message with your email address and I'll fire it off to you.

Google has said that they're going to test the effect of allowing brands into Google+ with a small group before rolling it out to everyone. I think we just have to stay tuned!

I love Google+, I think it will be a lot more beneficial then Facebook is. I love that you can control your circles and who sees what without needing multiple accounts.

I'm also happy to send invites if anyone needs one.

I just started using Google+ or should I say signed up. I haven't actually done much in it. Created a few circles. Love the circles. Can't say much else about it at this point except I'm interested in getting into and learning more. Would be nice to have more control over my account than Facebook allows or should I say they make it more difficult to control. I would much rather allow things then have to go in and figure out how to not allow them if that makes sense.

I wonder how this will affect the desirability factor of Google + for end users, remember when Facebook just ignored the businesses for a while and waited first for their membership to balloon.
