Default Do You Use A Profile Questionnaire
I have been asked to set-up profiles and fan pages for a client and have found that having done my own some time ago - do not have a listing of the required information to complete the tasks.

Do you have a questionnaire or form of some sort that you use to gather the info for a set-up and possible maintenance of social media for your clients?
