I found a free backup system called BackUp 995; I'm assuming it's by the same software provider of PDF995. Here is the link http://www.backup995.com/download.html if anyone wants to give it a try. I have never heard of them, other than I believe they are associated with PDF995. If there are any VA's who are currently using this backup system, please share some feedback with us and let us know what you think of it.

Toodles!

Angela, I was just curious if you ever downloaded this and gave it a try? If so, what did you think of it?

Good Morning Tess!

No, I never did download this program. We went ahead and invested in an external hard drive. I'm still curious about BackUp 995 though so keep me posted if you decide to try it out

Yes, we use an external hard drive as well, they're extremely affordable and lightweight, a small business necessity in my opinion. I'm still curious about how this software works though!
