Hi Everyone!

Do you have any favorite free websites for producing real estate flyers and brochures? Thank you for your help!

I spent some time searching for free templates just recently because I was teaching a class to new agents on this topic. The best I came up with was on the Microsoft site. Here is the link to the real estate flyers.

Thanks so much LoriAnne! I think that site will be very helpful to me. I bet you have fun teaching new agents! I did some of that when I worked for a company. I know they really appreciate it.

Thank you LoriAnne, that's very helpful. I've come across that link before but hadn't bookmarked it at the time.

Very nice! Great resource. This should cut some time on working some up by hand. Although I do love making my own most of the time. Thanks for posting!

For my agents that don't want anything fancy I use vFlyer. You plug in all of the information, add in the details, add the agents picture, their logo, and wa-la, instant flyer. It also adds it to all of the major real estate search sites, has facebook and other widgets, can be downloaded as a pdf, added to craigs list, etc. You can also try postlets.

I use Postlets, VFlyer and Microsoft Office Templates. Postlets keeps adding additional companies that they syndicate to - and I use the Twitter link on Postlets all the time.

Many large brokerages have back offices that already have templates for whatever real estate situation.

Great resource! Thanks! I looked on Postlets for the VFlyer, but didn't find it.

Postlets and VFlyer are 2 different sites that produce similar things.
