My new client is a real estate investor and runs the local group. At this point, I have been creating campaigns and creating lists with MailChimp and organizing the meeting with meet-up. The group is growing so I just created membership cards, membership form, and Code of Ethics.

My question is does anyone have experience with REIA? At this point, in our state I do not need a license. She has a lawyer on retainer. I want to educate myself and am looking for books or websites with valid, helpful information. The more she grows and the group grows, the more money I can make.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
