Hi I haven't updated our PayPal check out process in ages and can't remember where it's possible to customize the header that people see when they land on PayPal to check out - can anyone point me in the right direction? I have been looking for it for a while now and would love to stop wasting time digging for it...

Hi Tess,

Are you trying to create a new button on your merchant page? If so click on the "Merchant Services" tab and on this page is where you can create a new button and save it. Additionally, if you look under "Resources" you will see a section on "Logo" and this may be what you want. Hopefully this will help you.

Hi JoAnn, no I want to add our logo to our checkout page, we'd done it once before (about four years ago) but now I can't find where we did that. I'm usually pretty good getting around PayPal's zillion options, but I can't find this, LOL

Okay...try the "Merchant Services" tab and on the right side of the page you will see the heading that says "Resources". Click on the "Logo Center" link and it will take you to a page where you can update your logo at the checkout page.

Thanks but that's not it, already looked there Those are PayPal logo graphics to add to a shopping cart or sales page.

I am actually looking for the place where I can upload my own company logo to PayPal's checkout process.

Maybe I'll have to do a more thorough check of their FAQ. I scanned Google results but the few posts I found had outdated info (looks like PayPal has since moved the place where you can do this.)

I did start to call them but it's such a long process to get someone on the phone.... of course, by now I would have gotten my answer. I'll figure it out and in the meantime someone who knows the secret might join the thread...
