Default How Do You Charge...
For press releases? Or do you just do it for a client that you're currently working on other projects with? I haven't received any requests (yet) but I was wondering how to handle this in case it comes up. Do you charge per release or is it just a flat all around rate that you charge when you're doing a project similar to this for a client? Thanks!

Personally, I charge by the hour. I give my clients a rough estimate of the time required - usually 1 hour for research and 1 hour for writing.

I used to charge for releases by the hour but those are now one of the few things I charge for per-project (rate based on how much content/pre-researched information is supplied by the client).

Between the two responses I think I can gauge a price for the press releases. Thank you so much ladies!
