I have a potential client who is interested in getting a VA to help him with different aspects of his business. One of the main tasks would be to keep track of the scheduling. He is the leader of a team of Freelancers and has to make sure these people deliver their work on-time.
What kind of tool would you recommend ? It has to be very user friendly and of course cost effective.
I was thinking of a shared e-mail account and then just setting up reminders for the other guys. Any recommendations are much appreciated !!!
