You must look up Asana...completely free, user friendly, and you can create different work stations under one account which has become very useful with my clients. The can add tasks for me, set due dates, and communicate progress online. There is even a free iPhone app...which made me very happy!
I have looked at zoho, teamwork, sales force and all the other suggestions on here. My client actually introduced me to this and boy am I glad! I won't look back!

Looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing, KB. Going to put it through its paces tomorrow.

There's also Teambox , it's very easy to use.

Looks great however I am wondering how private the groups and projects are. This looks like it is built for teams. I use Mavenlink and I like how each project and group are private so that clients cannot see each others projects, only those assigned to them.

Let me know how this works for you.

Hi Lee,

Thought I would answer your question about the privacy... You can have different workspaces and invite members (or clients in my case) to that workspace, all projects in there can be viewed by members of that workspace unless you set them to private. I have a different workspace for each client, and then projects within the workspace.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing. I'm always open to new suggestions, especially those that would streamline my processes and make things work together more seamlessly for myself and my clients. I definitely look into the suggestions here.
