Wonderful tool. thank you.
very useful for new businesses.

Another free site to try is: http://www.mikogo.com

I downloaded this site two night ago and my client in Atlanta, have been sharing her files with me, instead of her emailing the files. Sometimes, I'll ask her to email files, it would take her a year and day before I get them, so I will call her or email her again for the files. She was oppose to the idea at first, but she succumb to the suggestion after I told her I will charge her for repeating calls for info I needed to complete my task.

Some client don't like the idea of sharing their files, if you have to access their computer. If you work with the client long enough you'll get to know their character. With my client in Atlanta, we have a good relation. Because it is in real time, she has no problem whatsoever.

Thank you, I just added this to my favorite places.

I just read an article that states the latest Skype version has added screen sharing. Other skype plugin have more advanced screen sharing features and it does require a voice call to be initiated but its something keep an eye on. Its a beta version though.

Thank you for reminding me about this link, i happened across it awhile ago, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. To whomever has used the Adobe Connect, can you tell me what your opinions of it are, and what is it that you mainly use it for? Thank you.

Thank you
Another resource for my VA toolbox !

Great resource, thanks for sharing!

Denise - thank you for this - you've just turned me into a rockstar. I use Skype quite a bit and it's become increasingly less reliable - my clients will be thrilled!

Thanks for sharing this information. I had been using Zoho, but this sounds like it is definitely worth checking out!

Hi Kemi - I've used the Skype screen share with VOIP a number of times with clients - I'm a huge fan of Skype - but lately it's been having terrible connectively problems. It doesn't look so good if I'm having to hang up and call clients back 5 or 6 times within an hour call. If Skype can get this fixed I will be back in their camp.
