I found a great online tool to track invoices and expense. First of all it is super easy to use and secondly the price is pretty reasonable $10/mnth or $100 for the year.
I am using it for a client so they can handle the bookkeeping aspects while I manage the invoicing side. They are able to pull reports to see where the association is at financially.
