But really the concentration in my welcome packet are my business policies, hours, deposit required, expectations and reiteration of the need to communicate. In my welcome pack I have a copy of the contract, Welcome letter (thanking them for choosing me), Who we are letter (which outlines polices, office hours and other general stuff), information I need sheet and a "Ways you can help me" sheet which gives little tips on how they can better organize their papers.

do you have an example of the "ways you can help me" that you provide your clients? That sounds like a great idea, but for those of us just starting out an example could be helpful.

I wasn't sure if I was going to do a welcome packet, but it does sound like it is a very good idea. Some of the things I wouldn't have even thought to put in there.
I'm hopeful to get mine together soon!

This thread has been so helpful, I made not of all the different suggestions and now look forward to putting my own Welcome Packet together very soon!!!

I'm still working on mine but as of now it includes a company profile, a resume (of sort), and a letter from me. I also plan to include FAQ's describing how we'll work together and what they can expect.
