Hi - I just launched my VA business and have been reading through a lot of these great forums over the past few weeks. I've been seeing a lot of people talking about "welcome packets" and I am hoping someone can tell me what they include in those packets.

This isn't even something that crossed my mind, but I am very interested in learning what everyone does in regards to the packets.

Thank you for posting this. My partner and I are about to launch and hadn't thought of anything like a welcome packet either. I'm interested to see what it's all about and if it could possibly come in handy for our business too!
