Such wonderful ideas, ladies! Reese, I love the idea of the swag bags. I will definitely have to start looking into trade shows in my area!

Such great ideas here! From some examples I have experienced you want something that the prospect can walk away with. Pens are always easy to give away and they get around! Another option is a magnet, mouse pad, stress ball or letter opener/magnet.

I work primarily for print & promotional product companies and I am sure I could rattle off 100 different things, but those would be low cost for you.

I also love the idea of the fishbowl for a contest. Maybe raffle off 5 free hours or something similar to that.

If anyone would ever need any assistance with getting trade show products please let me know!

Hi VN Linda! Definitely! When you are attending trade shows, expos, conferences, etc, print ads are really important! Especially your business cards, they're your most valuable asset as of the moment. The real challenge is, making your cards or promotional items to stand out from others. The more visually appealing it is, the better. And don't forget to add call-to-actions to increase response rate from prospect clients.
