Default Re: Using Basecamp to Manage Multi-VAs
Basecamp is a great resource. I was introduced to it when trading VA services for web design. I have not introduced it into my business with a current client because she wants to know step by step what is being done. It was requiring way too many phone calls; so I set her up on basecamp, so now she can see every task I complete.

Give it a try.

I use it completely different than most on here. All my VA's are setup under my company. Then each project is a different client. Then my team is added to each project as needed. We use messages for communication, to-dos for tasks, milestones for reoccuring tasks, and writeboard for passwords.

Hi melissaann!

It's great to know that you are utilizing Basecamp for your VA company. I'm looking for someone or maybe a group of people who can beta-test a similar project collaboration tool and give us opinions on how they would like to improve it or any additional suggestions.

The difference between us and Basecamp, Fellowstream and other project collaboration tools is that we will remain free like Skype.

Hope you can drop by. Please message me if you're interested. Thank you!

I've heard of Basecamp and I think I will take a look at it now after reading all the comments.

I actually use TeamworkPM now. I love it! Check it out as well, it almost identical to basecamp, but it has a couple more features. http://www.teamworkpm.net/index.cfm
