I've used Quickbooks pro-timer for myself and plan to use it for my growing team. I think the nice thing about the pro-timer is that the subcontractor does not have to have Quickbooks on their computer to use it.

I use Toggl. You can set up projects and team members with that one.

I second freshbooks, there are time keeping apps for smart phones you can use with it and a desktop timer. I love it.

Freshbooks handsdown. ESPECIALLY since they have that built in .50 invoice instead of the percentage. Awesome!

I use Freshbooks too but I started off with myhours.com which is equally good for time tracking.
