Question Employee/contractor manual
I'm about to sit down to start creating an independent contractor manual to give to those that work with me in my business.

I'm wondering if anyone else has one? Can you offer advice? Tips? Document to share?

The types of things that will be in the manual will be:

1. Policies and expectations
2. How to use the email system and virtual office
3. Resources

etc...

How they should track and when to submit their time. I have an excel sheet. When is the deadline for submitting it so you can pay them.

If there is a time frame they should respond to your emails or phone calls.
