I just wondered what forms/contracts are good ones to start off with for a new multi va company. (personal/virtual/executive assistant) I didnt know if its best to start with the normal client information form, a confidentiality agreement and contract or if those with multi va practices just use a normal va contract even though they specialize in different areas. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have one contract for all clients even on subcontract jobs. The only time I do not is if I refer a client to another then they use their own contract since I am out of the mix.

For my team I have a standard contract and adjust it where necessary to align it to their special needs.
