You know, I see no mention of Quick Books Simple Start. I 'discovered' this software at the end of last year. I started using it for my 2008 fiscal year and I just LOVE it.

It's (dare I say it) a dumbed down (I hate using that phrase, but you get my drift) version of the full blown program, but it has everything a VA needs to keep their books in order in my humble opinion. It's a FREE download too. Can't beat that! Cheers!

These are amazing resources.

I just tried a different PDF converter and didn't know until after I installed it that it will only convert the first page to pdf for free- UGH what a waste of time!

I've just downloaded quickbooks and it's so easy to use! I was using ms accounting but found it so complex when all I wanted was a simple tool. Thank you for the recommendation!

I had no idea that you could do a FREE website with Microsoft Live. Could you give me more information?

Thanks,
