Breaking into the VA field
Hello all,
I am new to Virtual Assistant Forums, and new to the VA field. I am going to specialize in general office support. I have got as far as: Deciding on a business name, drawing up a business plan, build a website (all but free one at this point), making business cards, and even getting started on networking. I am learning alot just by being a member of Virtual Assistant Forums, and want to personally thank everybody willing to share there knowledge. Without sites like these, it would be even harder for people to break into this field than it already is.

I had been working on my business plan for awhile. I just got lucky, I got a few quite hours. I put my stubborn face on, got my mind on it, took the few notes I already had sat down with it and it all just kinda fell together. As for the business name...that one actually took me longer to settle on a name I truely liked to get it right. (Alot of brain picking on my friends and family.)
Everything else just kinda fell in place real quick and easy. Now if I can just get the clients to follow suit.
