I just ran across this really neat contact form on a VAs website - I'm not posting this thread relative to design, etc. but am pointing out a very creative way of getting clients to CLICK on the contact link and actually use it.

How many VA sites have you seen, or business sites in general, that just say 'contact us' in the main menu and offer a plain vanilla form with nothing more to inspire the client to action? Well, this VA had a more creative approach and I really like it, take a look here. [Admin note: link updated 6/11/12]

I'm NOT encouraging anyone to straight out copy this format, this is her unique idea and that needs to be respected BUT you can certainly use this as a jumping off point to be more creative on your own site.
