I think that putting their name and picture on things is a great way to thank someone. I did check out vistaprint earlier today and added it to my favorites. It was where I got the idea for my logo for my own VA business. I had considered one free hour of service for successful referrals to new clients that plan on keeping me on retainer. Not sure about that one though. Still thinking it over.
